RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Returns are only accepted on new, unworn items with original tags and packaging, free from any washing, alterations, makeup marks, or scents. We reserve the right to return items that don’t meet these conditions.
- Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please note that sale items are final sale and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your Return Label. Packages postmarked after 5 days won't be accepted.
- Tickets are closed out after 30 days inactivity.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return for an eligible order, please contact our dedicated team at info@awaylee.co within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
Kindly include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned parcel.
- For orders canceled prior to dispatch, refunds are also processed within 5 business days of approval.
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5 business days, depending on your bank.
- All refunds are issued to the original form of payment; we are unable to redirect refunds to alternate accounts.
- Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for your preferred item.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
