RETURNS

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • If your item is faulty or damaged, exceptions may be granted beyond the initial return window, subject to pre-approval. Please contact us at info@awaylee.co to begin this process.
  • For approved faulty items, AWAYLEE will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns—faulty or otherwise—will not be accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags securely attached.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, altered, soiled, or carry fragrance or other signs of use may be refused or issued a partial refund at AWAYLEE’s discretion.
  • If your order included complimentary gifts, these must be returned along with the purchased items.
  • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return for an eligible order, please contact our dedicated team at info@awaylee.co within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

Kindly include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned parcel.
  • For orders canceled prior to dispatch, refunds are also processed within 5 business days of approval.
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • All refunds are issued to the original form of payment; we are unable to redirect refunds to alternate accounts.
  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for your preferred item.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
